How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

I get a UQAC paper in the mail this morning on my way to school. I tell myself: "No! No! I want to see it with my own eyes when I get home!" So I go through Humanities and do some extra silkscreen.

My printing teacher stares at me in disbelief when I tell her about waiting until I got home to open it. People are waving their arms frantically because DUH. CALL YOUR MOM AND HAVE HER OPEN IT ANYWAY..

I do so, I think my heart pounded a mile a minute. XD

AND

AND

......I GOT ACCEPTED INTO NAD.

176 PEOPLE WITH A 30 PERSON ACCEPTANCE IN THAT SPECIALIZATION, SO MANY PEOPLE APPLIED FOR THIS PROGRAM IN THIS SMALL BACHELOR'S PROGRAM, THAT THEY HAD TO CANCEL EVERYONE'S INTERVIEWS BECAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY.

There was much screaming, and rejoicing, and a 5"2' Greek woman (said teacher) hoisting me up in the air and carrying me around like I was nothing (printing people are darn strong).

...I'm fucking happy, man. :,D

(And if your curious, Centre NAD's bachelor's is in Video Game Design and 3D Modeling, and I was previously quite stressed about it. XD')

Haha no, it's a bit too much of a pain in the butt really. We have a good gig with Otakuthon now, so we're focusing on that, even though AN is a decent money venue. It's just so hard to get in it's like they don't want you there at all. XD We got sort of tired of it I guess. Otakuthon treats us really well so it's easy to go there, and we have a few other local things happening, so it feels a bit like we've left the 'struggling artist' thing behind already. It's hard to go back to scraping for tables without wondering what you're doing and why XD
